I was referred to Bill at MSR and he and his company did a great job. He answered all of my questions and was very clear explaining everything. He and his company did a great job. They were very professional as they did a deep clean of the basement and installed a dehumidifier. I would highly recommend Bill and his company to anyone in need of his services. Excellent! Bill was very responsive right from the get go. We purchased a house with a basement that had mold issues. MSR came in over the course of 3 days, gutted the basement as requested and did an amazing mold clean up. Place looks great now.

Bill and his team at MSR are excellent at what they do. My seller client received a home inspection report stating a "mold like substance" was present. I contacted Bill. He immediately came out to investigate and gave a quote that my seller was more than pleased with. The work was professional and everyone, seller and buyer, were happy.
