Do not use this company. I waited 5 months for them to finish restoring my bathroom after water damage. They seemed to think that since I rented and didn’t live there that they could take as much time as they wanted. Then when I finally arrived from out of state to see their work, I was astounded. They replaced my glass shower doors with the cheapest acrylic doors that don’t even slide right in the runners. They also put the faucets on backward and damaged the mirror. Bob Maroney was told about these problems and said he would take a look. I haven’t heard from him in 5 weeks. Apparently I’m screwed over by these guys. Don’t use them.

We needed Midway Restoration services after water damage that affected two bathrooms in our condo. They were responsive and came over to assess the scope in a timely manner, and once we scheduled the date for the services everything went so smoothly. The crew got all the drywall removed and patched in one day, came back the next day to paint. We were extremely satisfied with the results, you can’t tell at all any work was done on the ceiling. Price was also very reasonable. The crew was very organized and friendly, l appreciate how careful they were with keeping everything clean during and after the service.

My family required Midway Restoration services due to substantial water damage to our home. Bob and his team were prompt in their response which was absolutely necessary given the extent of the water leak in order to alleviate the extent of the damage. The team were always responsive to our needs, excellent in their knowledge and service delivery, and readily available to address any questions that we had during a very stressful time. Overall, we were quite pleased with the workmanship, professionalism, and responsiveness of the team working on our home at a very critical time.

Midway Restoration is a great company to work with. Last year, they were brought in by my management company when a pipe burst in my building, causing major damage to my unit while I was out of town. I'm glad they were there when I wasn't. They worked quickly to mitigate the situation, communicate with my insurance company and set up a plan for repairs, which were extensive. While these dragged on longer than I would've liked, in the end I got a condo that was put back together EXACTLY as it was before the flood. Bob Maroney and his team did quality work and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them!

Midway was very responsive to my needs after my basement flooded. They got people onsite handling the mitigation right away. We had to have drainage tiles installed and midway worked with our needs to make sure the projects lined up. Overall happy with the work they provided.
