We had MidAmerica Basement Systems install a waterproofing solution in our basement recently, and overall, it was a great experience! We had Dillon Heard as our foreman, and he did an excellent job of explaining the timeline of the work they'd be doing over the course of two days. I appreciated being kept up to date while they worked and I appreciated the thorough walk through of the basement after the work was done. I'd like to mention that the basement was clean when they left too. The only reason you'd know they were there was because of the concrete that needed to dry and the slick new sump pump we had installed. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a high quality waterproofing solution backed up by a professional staff of employees!

Scottie came out to do our regular maintenance service on our system today. First thing I appreciated was he put booties on his shoes so he didn’t make a mess going through the house with his outside shoes. He was very kind, informative, and cleaned up after himself. Totally recommend he comes to help with your services.

Scottie And Justin installed a radon mitigation system and did a first rate job! Answered all questions and did a walk through afterwards. Cleaned up well and made sure everything was good to go before they left. I would recommend this company to anyone after my experience.

We hired MidAmercan Basement to insulate and encapsulate three crawl spaces under our home built in 1911. Our crew was exceptional especially the foreman Dillon Heard. He was polite, very professional and he went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure we were happy with the work.
I would recommend this crew to anyone!!!
