I have only good feedback for the Michaelis experience. After noticing moisture and mold in the basement, they got us scheduled to have Sean Stephens come out and take a look within a week of first reaching out through their online form. Sean was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and took his time explaining his recommendations and how to proceed with installing a French drain and a sump pump to address the water and foundational health of our house. His explanation was informative and easy to understand. It felt like taking advice from a neighbor who’d had a similar problem: he was ready help us make the right choices for our needs and budget.
Randy Weather was our project manager and provided us a great team with Henry and his crew. Everyone was flexible and worked so hard to finish quickly without sacrificing quality. Henry and the crew were clearly experts in what they do waking us through what had been done at the end of each of the two work days. They were so friendly and helpful really going above and beyond! The whole process was finished in only 6 days, and we really appreciate Jesse Lockerbie for setting up the quick turnaround for us!
Not that we would wish any problems on our friends or ourselves, but if we or they have any issues that Michaelis covers, they will be the only company we call for solutions!

I was having foundation problems and with the crawl space. They had to come out twice because they forgot something, which they admitted was their fault. I've had bad contractors over the years. This company is incredible! First and very important to me, every worker was very professional and courteous. Very informative throughout the process. I felt like the quality of work was incredible. I felt like their pricing was very fair and competitive. Since they're a big company and do just about everything, I'll be using them for several upcoming projects and renovations!
*Zach just came back out for an inspection to check previous work. Great guy, professional and very knowledgeable. Everything is still great from previous work. Highly recommend him and definitely Michaelis!

Had to have a Radon mitigation system installed and the team from Michaelis did an outstanding job. The estimate (Zach) was quick and accurate. Jason and Chris who installed the system went above and beyond working to locate the best options and ease of operation. They accommodated my every request.
I will definitely be using Michaelis in the future for any home services required.

Very happy with the service done on our home. Crew was clean cut polite. I felt very safe with this crew around. Our foundation on Our home was sagging very badly. Indiana foundation worked on it 4 years ago at 14000 they made mistakes that costed us 8,700 to fix.
The warranty covers their butt on final paragraph so they really isn’t any coverage or protection for home owners so beware they are a scam !
The other company tried to get me to pay 25000 for the same work and wouldn’t that included 12 jacks with footer poured and concrete pads. The other company other company is so smart at covering themselves and not the homeowners.
