So far I'm really satisfied with the service? Bradley came to my house to give me an estimate for two ac units I was late he waited one hour for me and was really nice and professional. I have several quotes from other places but the fact that he waited for me and was really nice and explained everything with detail I decided to go with them and already got one unit install and getting the second one install next week thank you Bradley 🙌

Called at 4 in the morning, there was someone there to answer the phone and set up my service appointment. The gentleman showed up at 8:30 that morning, came in and put on boot covers to protect the floors. He went straight to work, found the problem in a very reasonable amount of time. Made the repair, pulled a little needed maintenance and had everything done in a couple of hours. Very nice, personable and professional gentleman. He explained everything that was needed and what he was going to do. The price for service and parts was very, very reasonable. I couldn't ask for better service than what I received, from the call at 4 am. to finished service it was excellent. I recommend Michael & Sons to everyone who wants good service at a good price, and the peace of mind you get from knowing the job was done right.

I tried to install a glass rinse on my existing faucet. I broke the faucet and and would have been without a kitchen sink. The technician came out faster than quoted, tried to work with my broken faucet and another I had from an old project. He tried to save me money at every step and really made me feel like I was working with an honest company. My new faucet is clean and efficient and I even got the glass rinse installed.

Booking was really simple. I called in and was booked for next day service. Our technician was Mr. Marcellus he was on time and explained exactly what he would be doing (also alternative measures in case Plan A did not work) and the cost before providing services. Mr. Marcellus was efficient and got the job done quickly. I would recommend this service to others based off of the high level of customer service. Thank you again!

The technician that came out said that he found no problems with our system. After the evaluation which I had paid for, our heating was still running between 40-50 degrees. When trying to have the issue resolved and get a second evaluation, the call was disconnected multiple times and continued to put me through the automated system. I understand that the system has to work harder on days that we have cold temperatures outside, but they made it seem like I was crazy for believing that the heater was failing. I felt like they were avoiding helping me.
