My experience with Maven Construction was outstanding, I am recommending them to everyone! My bathroom flooded and I was in a panic. They stepped in and took care of everything! My project manager, as well as the owner, were very professional, accommodating and communicative! They more than exceeded all my expectations! Even when my project was transferred to another manager, it was seamless! I cannot thank them enough. There is no question who I will always call first --> Maven Construction!!

Maven Construction Group built my family our dream home – it was everything we could have hoped for and more! The owner and licensed General Contractor, Leith Finnegan, was great to work with. He oversaw every detail with precision from the time we broke ground until we received our final certificate of occupancy. He was a pleasure to work with through the entire process and his standards for quality, timeliness and deadlines far exceeded our expectations. We are overjoyed to be living in our brand new custom home – everyone who sees it is amazed at the level of quality and the many unique features – it’s unlike anything else in the Gainesville area. Our recent experience with Maven Construction was a very positive one. They were incredibly responsive to our kitchen flood-meeting us within an hour of our phone call. Kyle Martin coordinated our project from start to finish and was a delight. He was thorough, courteous and communicated with us appropriately. Kyle is an incredibly talented and hard worker. Leith was helpful in dealing/negotiating with the insurance company and we feel confident we couldn’t have managed this project without their expertise. I highly recommend Maven Construction Group.

We had a slab leak that caused extensive water damage in our home. The plumber recommended we call Maven Construction to begin water mitigation. They arrived immediately. They were absolutely professional, courteous, and kept the areas of work as clean and orderly as possible. We expressed angst about the number of people that needed to come into the house to complete work as we had concerns about the spread of COVID. The project manager took this into consideration and communicated to all contractors to wear masks while working. When we had another significant issue arise, we were able to speak directly with the owner. He offered to meet with us in person. It was great to meet with him, and he alleviated our concerns and emphasized that he puts the satisfaction of his customers first. We were very pleased with the quality and care of the work done to restore our home. I highly recommend Maven for your water mitigation and construction needs.

We had a water heater fail which led to some flooding and water and mold damage. We called Maven and Ashley and Leith really came to our rescue. They sent Kyle over and he assessed the damage and immediately came up with a restoration plan. All we had to do was make a few decisions and selections and Maven handled the rest. I am so impressed with their company and how professionally everything was handled. The job is now complete and the house looks better than ever. Highly recommend making Maven the first call you make if you have any damage to your property!!
