Life Savers 100% lives up to their name. In a truly unlucky year, we had multiple instances of serious water damage inside our home. Both times, Rudy was prompt, professional, and went above and beyond for us, keeping in constant communication throughout the whole process. He made dealing with the insurance company so easy and much less stressful. Life Savers rocks and you should use them for any restoration/mitigation services you need! Excellent service.

Excellent service from and treatment by this company. First off, Rodolfo explained everything so clearly that at no point was I confused about the process. He answered text messages if not immediately, then as soon as he could. When I did have a rare question, he addressed it. He was experienced with working with insurance companies, but I'm not sure how much contact he had with mine. My ultra-positive experience with this company stands in direct contrast with the unfortunate negative dealings with the owner's other (installation) company. I attribute that to Rodolfo and the guys who came and did the work. The Life Savers crew that came in to demo the kitchen was professional, courteous, competent and quick. I was not pressured to pay my bill until I'd been paid by my insurance company. I appreciated Rodolfo's not insisting that he needed to work the insurance company before working with me! Many stars!

My water stop knob busted, underneath my kitchen sink. Once I noticed the leak, the damage was already done. The floor cabinet was caved in with a puddle of water. I was able to slow the leak and wait for Best AC and Plumbing repairs to come out. I didn’t know what to expect. Suddenly, the plumber is talking about calling a restoration company so they can see how far the water traveled and see if there’s any mold. Once the Plumber called the restoration company, 1 hour later Rodolfo from Life Savers Restoration came out. He reassured me that everything was going to be alright as my head was spinning. Rodolfo had a special camera that showed him where the water traveled to. The water flowed under the other cabinets and into the living room. Rodolfo immediately contacted his crew and the next day a team of men from Life Savers Restoration came in. They prepared my kitchen area and living room with plastic covering, so they could cut out the cabinets, drywall, kitchen sink, tile, and carpeting without making a mess throughout the house. They were done within 4-5 hours. They placed 6 fans and a HEPA filter. The team of men was extremely quick, and friendly, and they cleaned up everything. Thank God I called the right plumbers who contacted an excellent restoration company. I can sleep without worrying. Thank You, Rodolfo and Life Savers Restoration, for caring

Rodolfo and Life Savers Restoration were absolutely fantastic! He and his guys were professional, courteous, respectful, and did a great job remediating our water damage. He even helped with the insurance claim and walked us through the process. They are top notch! Thanks for the great work.

My experience with Life Savers was and is excellent. They were prompt, courteous, thorough and very clean. They have been my biggest advocate with some issues I am having with my insurance company. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing emergency or mitigation damages.
