Best experience EVER! I don’t even know how to put into words how amazing they were. They were able to make it out to my house quickly. A thorough job was done to check for where water damage was at. Everything was shown to me and explained so I knew exactly what was going on and what the next steps would be. Not only kept amazing communication with us but with the insurance as well. They helped in ways I’ve never seen any other mitigation company help a customer. They were quick and efficient. To top it off they are some of the nicest most down to earth people you will ever meet. I will never use or recommend any other company!! (They are a locally owned small business)

Legion Property Restoration is a reliable and top notch company! I called them and that same day they showed up, determined the problem, and took the necessary steps to begin mitigation. The whole job was done in just days when I was expecting (possibly) weeks! They also handled everything regarding my home owners insurance, saving me that headache as well! I highly recommend Legion and will definitely call them again if the situation calls for it!

Ken drove over an hour to my community to assess some damage at my house. The issues at my house were luckily not significant enough to require his services. A regular contractor can do the repairs. He spent a long time educating me on the issues that led to the damage, what I can do myself to start the repair process, and how to communicate the need with the contractor. He did not charge for any of his guidance and expertise and would not even accept gas money for the long drive to come to my house. His background as a contractor, insurance claim specialist, and years in the restoration business give him an impressive knowledge base for this work. And his integrity was very apparent. He truly wants to help people, and he saved me a ton of money. I almost regret that I couldn’t use his company’s services. Highest possible recommendation.

Ken and the Legion team were incredible. After our house flooded, Ken came to the rescue after another company botched the remediation effort. Legion ensured that the job was done quickly and efficiently, while also helping us to navigate the whole insurance claim process. Ken and his team were professional, expertly knowledgeable, and compassionate during a very difficult situation, and we couldn’t be happier with their work. 10000% recommend.

I currently have Ken and his team take care of the water damage in my kitchen and so far they have been doing a great job! Ken explains every step very thorough and answers all my questions. He is very professional!
