This company is by far the best place for anything roofing related. We needed a full roof replacement which is never fun to hear, especially when your house is not even 7 years old. But Carlo and his team came in and exceeded our expectations. To start, everything was documented. Photos and video of the roof damages that helped explain everything. Professional documentation showing the entire roof labour, and how the new roof was to be installed. Every slope, every angle, every vent accounted for. Then the roof was installed with an entire crew, and the work was professional, quick and efficient. The entire job took two days, we had a multiple touch points with the people in charge of our job every step of the way. We always knew what was going on, where they were in the process, how long it was all going to take, and they delivered! We have the best roof in the neighborhood by far. It’s obvious now how many roofs our builder did in our neighborhood that aren’t installed properly, the difference is clear, I never knew I could be so excited about a roof. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to do a roof job other than Lariat. Trust a business that been around for decades with an excellent relationship. Don’t cut corners like we did previously on some other jobs we did around our house, because you’ll pay the price. Buy nice or buy twice! Now please excuse me I’m going to go stare at my roof for an hour before the sun sets. Thank you Lariat Roofing!

We were very pleased with the work quality and professionalism of the Carlo and his team. They did two jobs for us—one to repair weather-related water damage and another to repair and paint the vigas supporting our porch roof. The service was prompt and well done for a fair price. Carlo took the extra step to check the roof and found the water was coming from a damaged viga and not the window as we had previously thought. Other companies we talked to did not do this. He provided a written estimate, responded to our queries promptly, took steps to ensure our paint colors were right and had good communication with his crew during the job. The crew, likewise, was punctual and did excellent work, leaving the work area spotless when they were finished. I highly recommend this team.
