I called them this morning, after waking up to my 15yr old puking all over his closet carpet. They assured me that they would work me in, & so they did. They showed up roughly 1.5 hrs after I called them. The two gentlemen who came by were super professional & they didn't leave a trace.
I recommend them highly & will most certainly use them again should the need arise. Thanks guys!!! Long live Langenwalter!

The operators were very nice and professional. The carpet downstairs turned out great, but the carpet upstairs and on the stairs (once dried) has yellow patches everywhere making it look worse than before it was cleaned. Cleaned out vents and dryer vent... which as far as I can tell was done very well. On the stairs the yellow lines left look like the outline of the back and forward movement of the cleaning tool. Buying my own carpet cleaner at this point.

We moved in our home 3 years ago. We had stains from previous pets. Add our 4 dogs….it was time to get professional help!! I called one morning and they scheduled for same day. I was elated!! The guys arrived sooner than expected. We walked through the house and they quickly suggested all remedies! They pretreated, heavy cleaned and used a delightful deodorizer!!! A pet treatment was included which helped the smell tremendously! While the job was being done, I inquired about my tile and THEY DO IT TOO!! My sectional was cleaned, kitchen tile cleaned along with grout and stains were gone. They took time to explain the process of drying and warned me that some stains may come back. (They have not) I had a few spots that needed stretching, they took care of it while replacing our tack strips where needed!
I have scheduled again to come out and clean my air ducts! Totally in awe of the job they did and how professional the guys were! If I could give 20 stars, it would be no question!!!

We've been using them for the past 2 years and each experience is professional and fast. Garrett is awesome and always answers any questions I may have about my service. He's come out a few times to service us and always gives us tips, keeps great conversation, and remains professional. Grant has also played a big part. He was able to remove a tough spot and with no problem. Great customer service. We will definitely continue using Langenwalter.

Brandon and Logan from their company came to our house to do a few carpet repairs and an overall cleaning. I have 3 young children. They were so kind and patient with the kids as they answered all of their questions. They actually seemed to enjoy having the kids watch them and interact with them. They were absolutely phenomenal. And they did a great job! Very grateful for these guys and their hard work.
