I love KUSTOM US. I've had 3 water damage losses in my home since summer of 2022 all one after one and these people took good care of my home. I wouldn't consider any other company but them. The staff (Michelle Lowe, Doug Lowe, Devin Hildebrand, Steve Withrow, Imel Wheat, Jake, Jesse, and so many others) are amazing people to work with. Their priority is their customers always. I'm very satisfied with their work ethics and professionalism. They provide excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this team & company. They are the best!

Having a water event where it is just running everywhere throughout your house is an emergency and what you need is support from people who are outstanding in their jobs and really care. That's what I found with Doug and Michelle Lowe from Kustom. They were there within an hour after I'd called my insurance company. They assessed the situation, assured me it would be handled professionally and kept true to their word. I trust Kustom to not only handle the emergency but also the work to repair, replace and restore my home.
