Great company! I paid exactly what they quoted and the job was done on time. No complaints.
I had Louie and his team work on 2 units with the potential to do 4 more in the spring/summer. Well It is now December and I'm still waiting for him to finish. Once he got payment he pretty much stopped working on my units.
Fully licensed contractors in Indianapolis can help with so many issues. It's easier to get things done all in one place. The communication and efficiency is better when you have a company that is certified in mold removal AND general contracting. We were very impressed with the knowledge and expertise of Louis. Klean Restoration is superior for servicing all types of restoration from fire/water/hail damage to siding repair, new roof installation, drain cleaning services to full on demolition. They also offer Mold Removal, Waterproofing, Excavating, Carpet Cleaning, Snow Removal, residential and commercial Roofing
I have used Klean Restoration for several years and have not experienced any issues. Kasey is always quick to get the team out to take care of issues I report and always follows up.
Where should I start? This was pathetic from start to finish. We had a leak in a resident’s condo, flooded the common area of that building and unfortunately the property manager on call contacted this company. They came out, set up some big fans or heaters to dry out the carpet and drywall, then disappeared for ONE WHOLE WEEK! The fans ran for about one hour, then apparently threw some breakers and didn’t run the remainder of the week. In the meantime, I had the property manager get a different restoration company, which was out here immediately, surveyed the damage, determined there was wet insulation in addition to the carpet still wet and drywall still wet. We then had to call this company to tell them to come get their fans and then we got an invoice for $340. My first inclination was to not pay it, but then I thought “let’s just be done with this company” and I told the property manager to pay it. Keep in mind that in the WEEK that the fans weren’t operating, mold starting forming in our common area walls, no doubt about it. This will require additional mitigation, but we will get it fixed. I’ve never seen a restoration company that thought setting up fans and ignoring them for a week was actual restoration. I guess my question is: did these people think that was restoration?
