EVERYONE we interacted with in this company was great! Excellent customer care and great attention to details. Our concerns were always handled kindly. Bradley was great; and Alex was as well. I especially appreciated Ubaldo’s leadership in his ability to solve different snags along the way, and his ability to answer all my questions with such preciseness. And his liaison work between me and insurance was invaluable. This company is also very lucky to have such a skilled carpenter aboard. Rowan was able to replicate our cherished built in bookcase to a tee, from scratch! It has always been a favorite feature in our home, and I was worried I wouldn’t truly get it back—but he delivered; and his customer service was on point! Overall, great company to work with—we really felt taken care of!
