We purchased a fire damaged condo unit in a 55 plus community. The damage was significant as the only portion of the unit without repairs/replacement were the exterior block walls. Jenkins was professional and patient as the Association Insurance was involved and roadblocks occurred from the community board. ALL of the vendors that Jenkins used (plumbing, electrical, framing, painting, windows, mechanical (a/c) systems, etc.) were very professional and did a job that exceeded our expectations. Our home is truly beautiful. I cannot say enough about the care, compassion, availability, professionalism, quality and responsiveness of our Jenkins project manager, Bobby Parrinello. This was an extensive project which included a number of change orders and design requests. It is truly amazing to see our dreams fully materialized. We highly recommend Jenkins and each member of the team they chose for our project.

We've used Jenkins over the past 2 years and have found them to be thorough, honest, and incredibly responsive. If I call on a Monday, they are on property usually the same or next day to assess and provide an estimate for repair. Once repairs are approved, work begins very soon after. Work is always satisfactory, and if a problem arises, it is fixed immediately. Their communication is also fantastic.

Jonathan was great! Very professional and responsive. We had a pipe break above the baby’s nursery. Dunedin Plumbing fixed the leak, but then we had to find a way to dry out the wet ceiling to prevent mold. Their team came out and removed the wet insulation and set up a fan system to dry it all out over the weekend. They came back and reassessed it on Monday and let us know with the moisture meter that no further work had to be done. My insurance agent is my uncle who had informed us that restoration companies will often have homeowners sign a “reassignment of benefits”, which is where they will have you sign forms to essentially take over the homeowner policy and charge it on your behalf. It’s a scam and 85% of homeowner litigation is a result of it. The first restoration guy who came out (Darrell) from a different company barely looked at the damage and whipped out the scam forms. He left in a huff. Jenkins was recommended by citizens insurance (our plan) and it was all billed under our own policy. Job well done. We are grateful for the good service and transparency and will use them again if needed!

The Association first used Jenkins after we had a devastating fire in one of our units. After the fire department was done, we had extensive water and smoke damage that had spread to 3 units. Having Jenkins on board to deal with the Insurance claim, and filing for permits in Pinellas County was a game changer. The punch lists, cost analysis, scheduling and overseeing of project was phenomenal. We continue to use Jenkins for our interior and exterior remodeling and restoration projects and couldn't be happier. The way to go when tackling projects or damage restoration while continuing to cater to owners both on and off site.

This company was great when I had my recent condo water leak. They sent out Johnathan who was a total professional. He did his job quickly and efficiently all while making sure I understood what was happening. He communicated with me via text as to arrival times which was very helpful. Thank you Jenkins and thank you, Johnathan!
