We are a 25 unit townhouse community in Tigard. JR Johnson has been diligently working on a exterior repair and painting project for the last 10 months. We are now in the final phase of the overall project, the exterior painting. Their work and professionalism has been stellar. I want to particularly commend Sergio Campos for a very thorough job and going the extra mile to resolve a gutter and window issue which was outside of his pressure washing assignment.

Michael Weekes and Melisa Maszy are very responsive and professional. I have had several major issues that they have provided reasonable estimates and timely repairs. I use them for all my construction needs. If there is something they can't do, I am not aware of it. I highly recommend JR Johnson Construction.
JR Johnson’s crew, led by Roofing Division Manager James Roberts, reroofed 9 of the 35 townhome buildings in the Liberty Oaks development. The company did an amazing job in every aspect of the project, doing their best to minimize the impact of this project on our community of 152 townhomes. As HOA Board President, I had regular contact with James Roberts and found him always extremely positive and professional. If a resident did have an issue or concern over the several months project, James was attentive and responded in a timely manner. His attention to detail and follow-up with community members made this project go very smoothly. Outstanding Customer service at JR Johnson is not just a slogan or a lofty goal, it is how they do business every day. That starts at the top and extends to the crew of hard working, professional, honest roofers on-site regularly.
Our HOA board selected JR Johnson to perform a remediation project at our condo community of flats and townhomes. I think I can speak not only for the board but also for all who live here that we were pleased with the progress of the project and the professionalism and responsiveness of JRJ. We had formed an ad hoc committee of a few homeowners who would liaise between JRJ and the board. While I wasn't looking forward to that extra duty, I would say that this committee enjoyed our weekly meetings with the JRJ team due, in part, to the good humor of all involved week after rainy week. The excellent communication throughout the project was much appreciated.
