We contacted Intech Roof Solutions in August of 2023 after a massive storm ripped through Columbia and severely damaged our home. The roof was already 15 years old, but we hoped to get an additional ten years out of it. We contacted Intech and arranged for a roof inspector to examine our roof. Indeed, he discovered substantial damage everywhere. He composed a report, took photographs, and assisted in submitting it to our insurance company. After inspecting the property, our insurance adjuster concurred with the assessment. I was very impressed by how professional everyone we spoke with was. From the lovely girl who answered the phone, to the roofing inspector, to the foreman, and the roofing contractors who showed up, everyone was exceptional. Everyone was wonderful. After selecting the new architect shingles we desired, we scheduled the removal and replacement of our old, damaged roof. The workers arrived on time and began laying down tarps to capture all of the damaged shingles and nails as soon as they arrived. They made some minor repairs to the timber underneath the shingles and then began installing the new roof, for which I am extremely grateful. We had a new roof within a few hours! It appears incredible, and we couldn't be happier with the results. This is, without a doubt, the finest roofing company we have ever worked with. Highly recommended for anyone in need of roof repairs or installation of a new roof.

The best roofing company in Columbia, without a doubt! Along with being professional and honest, Intech Roofing Solutions is also super knowledgeable about custom roofs, which is hard to find! They made sure we were taken care of. My interaction with them was easy from start to finish. They kept their word, and the outcome was exactly what I expected. The team worked hard and finished the project in two days. They have my highest recommendation, and I will undoubtedly use them again for my roofing requirements in the future. Thank you! UPDATE: We called intech back because there was a slight issue with one of the shingles. It ended up being nothing at all, but they were so kind and came back out and made sure everything was correct. It was an aesthetic issue and they made it right. THANK YOU!!!

From start to finish, I am super pleased with all of the work Intech Roofing did for us. We needed our roof replaced due to age and lets face it, calling around trying to find a good roofer is always a pain. When we called Intech Roofing Solutions, the girl who picked up was really nice and helpful and streamlined the entire process for us. We had the roofing inspector out the next day, we took his report to our home insurance, got approval, the roofers showed up, took our old roof off and installed the new roof. EASY. I love that. Highly recommend.

Intech Roofing went above and beyond when helping us replace out roof. We had a ten year old roof on our home in Forect Acres, which really isnt that bad, but after the huge storm we had last month, we knew we needed to get it inspected. We called Intech and scheduled a time to have it inspected for damage. Once the inspection was complete, they took some photos for our insurance company because they said it needed to be completely replaced. Not the best news, but OK. Insurance came out to take a look and they said they totally agreed and that who ever did the inspection did a great job - wow. We picked out the architect shingles we wanted on our home, scheduled the date, and bam! The Intech Roofing teach arrived on time at 7:00 am and started prepping the yard. They laid out tarps to catch all of the old shingles, nails, and debris. They then made some minor repairs to the wood, and started installing the shingled. We have a brand new roof by that afternoon! All I can say is, this is the best roofing company I have ever worked with. They were so professional and our roof looks amazing!!

As soon as Steven arrived to provide the estimate, I knew I was in excellent hands. He answered all of my questions and the estimate I received was comparable to others. Multiple options were presented and discussed, allowing me to complete the endeavor within my budget. There was no "upsell" pressure, and I never felt like I was being sold something I didn't need. Dave, the job foreman, insured that the project progressed smoothly and that the crew arrived on time. The work was completed ahead of timetable and within budget. There are no surprises. The cleanup crew did an outstanding job. The roof has completely transformed my home. My neighbors actually complimented me on the work. 100% recommendation! Just wanted to add, even when I had one issue with the way the shingles were laid on the side of the roof, they were defensive, argumentative, and there was no sense of conflict. They understood my concern (and I understood why they did it the way they did, which was correct, I just wanted it to look slightly different). They adjusted it and the way I wanted without issue. I a super impressive by their level of customer service. They really did a great job on our roof repair
