This is an honest company that you can trust. I recently had a small water leak that I caught quickly, but since it was inside the wall I was worried that mold or water damage elsewhere that wouldn't be visible. Shan came out and had a good look around, using his FLIR camera and confirmed that yes, there was some moisture, but it would be fine if we just continued to air it, and used a couple of fans to help in that process. This was completely free and at no cost to me. You can be quit sure that if we ever have a flood, IRS will be the first and only people I call.
These guys truly exemplify excellent customer service. It’s not just a job but a relationship they’re building. I had a leak in the evening and Shan came right out. He went the extra mile and insisted on leaving his fans set up to help dry out the home while we sorted out insurance. His thoughtfulness and willingness to work with homeowners has put Independent Restoration (formerly Insurance Restoration) on the top of my list for any future needs.
This business is INCREDIBLE. If you're having water mitigation issues in Vegas, I MUST recommend them. They were fantastic to work with, helped us understand how to work with the insurance company (their experience was invaluable in understanding this part), were super friendly, thorough, showed up on time AND clean. Honestly, they have it all. When we contacted IRS they got back to us right away and had someone out incredibly fast to help with flooding in our master bathroom. (Shoutout to Ryan who was our contact for the whole process, and was fantastic to work with) They assessed the damage, gave us a detailed plan for how they were going to resolve everything, and even gave us contact information for contractors to help us with the restoration after all of the damage was mitigated. After moving quickly to prevent any further damage, they handled everything directly with the insurance so we didn't have to. Made it super easy on us and made a stressful situation feel easy. If I could give 10 stars, I would.
When my family and I were faced with a very inconvenient flooding situation in our home IRS were an amazing help. Charlie and his team helped from beginning to end, even helping with the insurance process-- keeping the hassle on my end minimal. Highly recommend!
My dishwasher had a slow leak for an untold amount of time and I never noticed until it started damaging the carpet in my dining room, next to the unit. Got ahold of Insurance Restoration Services and was extremely impressed and grateful at how quickly they were able to get out to my house and fix the issues. After removing my dishwasher, they even found mold and water damage that I was completely unaware of. Everyone was great and professional and although I don’t plan on having any water damage issues in the future, if/when I do, I will absolutely be using these guys again. Great work.
