I cannot express enough how wonderful my experience with Brett at IRS was. I needed last minute work done on our parents estate property and he met our schedule, completed the needed work at a great price and even took on a few extra tasks for us. 10/10 will recommend to others and hire again for my own needs!!

We had water damage in a closet. Brett Lott promptly returned calls, carefully explained the work, and gave us a detailed estimate. He and his crew arrived on time, protected our floors and furniture, and left the house cleaner than when they arrived(so much vacuuming). We appreciated his promptness, professionalism, and the quality of his work.

Brian Iott is amazing! If you have a disaster in your home, water, fire or other then this is who you should call to take care of your home so you are not left living in a hotel forever or doing without a kitchen or second bathroom as repairs will be done quickly and efficiently by the professionals that Independent Restoration Services brings to bare. Brett, Jase, Cooper, Jorge, and Bryson are absolutely amazing. We had a pipe burst Christmas Eve morning. Brett and his wife showed up to help within the hour of us calling. Over the next few weeks, the entire team worked extremely long hours in removing what we could salvage and put into storage for us as well as demo the entire house. They kept us informed on every step and assisted with every need. Brett, Jase, Cooper, Jorge, and Bryson made this nightmare situation bearable. We are so ever grateful for all their support and professionalism. They did an amazing job.
