After contacting Ryan, his local manager John reached out to me and was able to meet me within the hour! John did a thorough inspection and was very knowledgeable and informative about the areas I had concern about.
Austin and Caitlyn arrived shortly after John left and started the job and finished within an hour. They got right to work and did a very detailed and professional job.
Hard to find this kind of quality service and professionalism. HQR is your go to for any restoration needs

I recently worked with High Quality Restoration for water damage restoration in my home, and I was thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. The team took care of everything, from water extraction to drying, and even helped with insurance claims. The final result was stunning, and my home looks like new again. Highly recommended!

This place is called high quality for a reason! The owners are sweethearts and really care about their workers and clients. The workers go above and beyond to get the job done. Especially the newest hire for cleanup was just outstanding and is a very good addition the company. Look no further in Rochester for whatever job you may need done!!! Highly recommend!!!! :)

They completely handled our warehouse restoration after a part of the roof collapsed.. They were on site from start to finish and helped us throughout the whole process. Also give great referrals for services they don't handle.

HQR , were extremely professional and very quick to handle all issues in my home. I had mold in my basement that needed to be taken care of immediately due to my husband having health issues they were extremely professional can’t think them enough.
