Would give a zero if possible. Job took nearly 11 months to restore a small upstairs bathroom leak that also damaged the ceiling and carpet downstairs. Demo team damaged items that weren’t part of the original damage, contractors were clueless, late, and shoddy workmanship, project manager was AWOL 90% of the time. Replacement items were less quality than the original items, were invoiced for items in rooms they never even touched, refused to take responsibility for these deficiencies instead blamed the subcontractors. This was borderline insurance fraud. It wasn’t until I reminded them on several occasions that they invoiced me for items not received that they adjusted the invoice. They would have knowingly taken full payment if I didn’t audit the invoice.
We use Hays and Sons for many of the projects we conduct at our multifamily property. Always wonderful service. This time was no different. John was the project manager for our soffit repairs. He is kind, responsive, and communicative. We highly recommend Hays and Sons. They provide many services and we have never been disappointed.
Unfortunately I have needed to use Hayes and Sons for the second time. I had a very good experience the first time. This time, the experience was even better! The lead was Ty Seaton and he was assisted by Trey Kenworthy and Daniel Kinsner. They were very professional and handled things quickly and smoothly. Despite the enormity of the situation, they kept me calm. I hope I don’t require them a third time, but if something comes up again I will not hesitate to call them.
Recommended by my Insurance provider. Called Hayes and Sons they were at my home the next morning. Matt & Zach assessed the situation gave me solutions for clean up & to top it off NO CHARGE!!!! Thank You
