I called Great Tarheel out to assess a leak in my crawlspace - John came out on a Saturday and reassured me that the damage was not extensive and gave me advice on how to handle it. I was very happy with the service, didn't feel like I was being upsold anything, and was confident in his professional judgment. I will definitely call them for future restoration needs.

I cannot thank enough John and his crew for the great work they did at my house. They handled everything to fix my leak. Walls, floor, painting, plumbing. John is really easy to work with. His crew was very professional. The work quality is superb and was done quickly. I highly recommend them.

I want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart for sending two such outstanding people, Ricky and Dan, to work on the floor repairs from my kitchen sink leak. They were always on time, kept me informed of the work being done, and kept everything neat and tidy when they were working and especially when they left at the end of the day. Due to the amount of damage done from my 'simple leak', I was very apprehensive about the restoration process. From the beginning, I felt a tremendous level of comfort with the knowledge that Ricky and Dan had to complete the work. I was pleased when you made an appearance the first day and introduced yourself, and Mrs. Thomas came to the work site today to check on the progress, which was also reassuring. I cannot say enough good things about these two! My husband and I have had other work done to our house, and Ricky and Dan far exceeded professional knowledge and common courtesy of any of the other people who came to do work on our house. The final work product far exceeds my expectations. It makes my heart smile when I walk into my kitchen. Thank you again for having such outstanding employees. We also had all the insulation removed and replaced, as places had gotten water damage from my 'small leak', as well as some rodents living in portions, which started pulling the insulation down. This was the original insulation from 1976, so it was time for an upgrade. The workers were prompt and worked quickly. Everything was left neat, and in bundles, which makes it easy for a pick up. I have nothing but great things to say about the quality of work, as well as the shape (neatness) everything was left. It has been a great experience to work with John Anderson and Kaylee Thomas.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to John, Great Tarheel Restoration, and the crew members that came to repair our house after some interior water damage left us with our kitchen, laundry room, and bathroom torn apart. The incident occurred with the worst timing - the first week that schools were cancelled and people were asked to stay at home due to COVID-19. We were connected with Great Tarheel Restoration through our insurance agency to complete the reconstruction of our first floor. I received a call within the hour from our contractor, John, and he came out to survey the damage the very same day. John and his crew worked with the utmost urgency to complete the job and get us back into our house as soon as possible. We were thankful for his guidance during what was, and still is, a scary time for all of us. Our house looks amazing and the work was top quality. We highly recommend this company for all of your restoration needs.

I had water damage to my hardwoods, due to my neighbor's pipe bursting in the winter. I was referred to Great Tarheel Restoration through my insurance and I am so glad I chose to work with them. Marty and John are professional, reliable, and their team does quality work. They gave me a timeline on how long the work would take and with inclement weather, still got the job done in a timely manner. They are extremely honest and offered to replace my sink pedestal which was cracked when they moved it back in the house. I highly recommend you give them a call. Thank you Marty and John!
