Had a major flood in my house, I reached out to Global Enterprise Disaster Restoration and they were very attentive and caring about such a serious matter. The work was done in a timely manner, the project managers were very understanding and educated on what to do next. The staff was amazing to work with, the flow was easy. My home looks better than ever! I HIGHLY recommend using this company for emergency and non-emergency projects!

William and his crew were amazing during my mold remediation. They were on time every day, professional and very courteous. The carpet on the stairs was dirty from mold and foot traffic from inspections and was going to be cleaned during the process, but I was shocked when William took his shoes off at the bottom of the stairs before heading up. None of the other inspectors even thought to do this! William explained to me what he and his workers were going to do and how long it would take. I felt at ease knowing that Global Enterprise was going to get me back into a safe and clean home. The corporate office was great with communication, scheduling and getting things done in a timely manner. My family has been out of our home for about two and a half months. I switched to Global Enterprise from another company to do the remediation about 2 weeks ago and I will be in my home in a matter of days. I wish that I had chosen Global Enterprise from the beginning!

Warning (Don't give them the final payment until the work is completed) To this day the bathrooms have not been finished. I call and ask for ZJ who was the 2nd person who took over when Frank left the company; I just heard that he is no longer in the company. I have called more than 7 times after I was asked to pay my last payment ($2500)on April , 26, 2019 huge mistake!! and I was promised by David( owner) that my job was going to be finished at the most a week after I paid my total balance, and all I'm getting is the runaround for almost 4 month after I paid everything.
I'm going to start taking action at this point if I don't have my work completed by tomorrow. This is proof of my first email sent to them On Tuesday, February 19, 2019. Good afternoon, my name is Alain Rodriguez and I'm a customer of the insurance company Citizen.
I'm filing a complaint against one of your employees by the name Victor.
Victor is the typical salesman, or at least acts like one, who will always agree with everything you ask or say, but then changes everything.
I want to be very clear:
1st. When I agreed to work with Global I was very clear that I was not responsible for my deductible until the work was completed.
Frank and Victor Agreed. Now I've getting a call from Victor changing everything, and asking for the deductible up front, which I had already agreed to pay at the time of completion.
2nd. I have made multiple attempts to call and get in touch with Victor, he never answers, and if he does, he takes days to answer my calls and text-messages. I have been left waiting for weeks on end for plumbers to be assigned by Global, with no communication for time frame or information.
3rd. I have sent pictures of the glass shower door to the insurance because the same people that work in my bathrooms will not put the old one back due to the damage cause by the water leaks. I have asked Victor to contact my insurance and I'm still waiting for a response.
4th. I have had to pay from my own pocket because he keeps saying my insurance doesn't cover everything, like the shower floor tile.
I have been more than patient, but I am moving forward with filing a complaint with both Global, Citizen, and ultimately the Better Business Bureau, as this has been a month-long process and I believe that the companies involved are not performing their duties.

Stay away from this group. They are completely unethical. We got entangled with them through our insurance company after having water damage. When we refused to sign a contract with them, they fabricated a low ball estimate to the insurance and claimed to be our contractor, when in fact they are not.
Complete lies and fabrications. There are many incorrect measurements in your estimate because you never inspected my home. Plus I never signed your contract which I have the email stating that we declined.
