Four Corners Restoration is highly recommended for your home project. They did what they said they would do. Our finished basement looks exceptional. The vanity and painting that was done in our basement bathroom. Looks real good too. I would highly recommend them to others.
At first I was actually pretty impressed with them, they were professional and always promptly responded. One of their subcontractors ruined my floor and it was obvious it was them, they took responsibility and replaced it. The work was pretty close to be doing done, they only had to finish the door on my shower, so I decided to go ahead and finish paying them because they had been trust worthy so far. They wrote up the completion paperwork but stipulated on the paperwork that they just had to finish the door. No one ever contacted me and this was in July. I then contacted them in September about the work being incomplete, they apologized and said someone would call me. It’s now November and no one ever contacted me. I learned a lesson not ever to pay in full until 100% of the work is done no matter how trust worthy a company seems. I would not use them again, which I had talked to my contact there about doing my kitchen when signing the completion paper work. I’ll chalk it up to lesson learned.
I needed a section of my finished basement repaired just days before Christmas. Four Corners jumped on it and had the entire section looking perfect, for less than I expected. Everyone who came to the house was professional and wore a mask. Shout out to Wayland, who made sure things worked without a hitch - and for the detailed quote. I hate napkin quotes. Four Corners does it right.
Fast, courteous ,and professional. They were out at my place the same day literally passing the plumber on his way out of the door, and then they came back each day for a few days to make sure all was dry and taken care of. Highly recommended, so i thought... Edit Four corners put fans and a dehumidifier in my basement to dry it out back in 2020. They said no water got in he walls or carpet when my bathroom flooded and no restoration needed. after a few days of fans running and between 1- 2 grand later.. We parted ways.
It took a long time to get the job completely done. There was fast food trash left in my garage repeatedly, which is not a big deal in & of itself, but was just unprofessional. There were 2 occasions that the painters showed up to my house past 8pm unannounced. There was poor communication about how to get entry to my home, because I had each new set of contractors ring the doorbell and ask me to open my garage for them each time. This was really disruptive because I was working from home, and just another thing that seems small in the moment but was annoying time after time. Since they completed the project, I keep finding small things that make me shake my head: a loose nut on the shutoff valve on the toilet… the door handle that has a lock was put back on the furnace room instead of the bathroom. Small stuff that you just expect people to get right. I went with Four Corners for my basement restoration because I’m a new homeowner and my insurance company recommended them. This was a learning experience for me.
