Foster's has been a great contractor for EBB! They made quick and quality work. very easy to work with, professionalism. They made the entire process seamless. Everything from bid/estimate, preconstruction survey (including necessary photos), submittals to the city and FEMA, actual site work (that was completed in one day with Mike) and the city inspection/approval all went very smoothly. I would absolutely recommend Fosters for earthquake brace bolt program work you need done.

The Foster Crew was simply put? Incredible! I had purchased a home that needed HELP and I sure got it from Jerry and his crew. Through, transparent answering of all my questions from A-Z and the jobs that were done was beyond what I expected. I won’t hesitate to use Foster Elite again and 5 Star recommendations to anyone I know. Thank you so much!

Jerry used high pressure tactics and lied to my property manager to pressure him into authorizing work after a fire BEFORE The insurance company had a chance to inspect the fire damage to my house. My policy prohibits removing damage before inspection. If Jerry truly is a " professional" with 30 years of experience, he would know this. Don't fall for his high pressure tactics.

The fosters came over to my house and I met one of the brothers. super nice guy very polite and respectful. My carpets have never looked better. Nicer than when I bought them.

In the Bay Area, this has got to be the most amazing company in their field! If you want a company that actually takes pride in their work and will ALWAYS do right by their customers then look no further! I personally have watched them in action in all aspects (building a house from the ground up, water, smoke and fire damage restoration, carpet, rug, and upholstery cleaning, as well as mold remediation. Nothing beats this family business that has been taking pride in their work and values since I first found out about them in 1998. Absolute perfection!
