Leandro and Stephen were wonderful. They came in and kept my home nice and clean throughout the job. They made sure I was able to move around without any issues and kept all of their materials organized. They were very professional, courteous, and did an excellent job. After discovering a mold issue caused by a water leak from our laundry room into the crawlspace, we contacted Flood Medics Restoration, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish.
George, the manager, Enzo who handled the inspection and estimate, and Juan, who completed the remediation work, were all professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. Their communication was a 10 out of 10 throughout the entire process, and everything was inspected, scheduled, and completed within a week.
What impressed us most was their honesty. Before calling Flood Medics, we had another company come out and provide an absurdly expensive estimate. They even claimed our sump pump needed to be replaced, despite the fact that it was functioning perfectly fine. Flood Medics took the time to thoroughly evaluate the situation, explain exactly what was needed, and never tried to sell us services or equipment we didn’t need.
It’s refreshing to find a company that values integrity as much as quality workmanship. We are extremely grateful for the way Jorge, Enzo, and Juan handled our project and would not hesitate to recommend Flood Medics Restoration to anyone dealing with water damage, mold issues, or crawlspace concerns.

Today, Feb 7, 2026, we received excellent service from 3 gentlemen: Enzo Mortillaro, Leander Borja, and Luis Abreu. They were respectful, courteous and highly efficient. They arrived early and finished around 1:50pm. The Project Manager, Mr Enzo Mortillaro, provided an overall explanation outlining the entire project before departing to another work site. Mr Borja and Mr Abreu provided further details and distinctly and clearly answered my questions. Prior to their departure, they informed me that the dehumidifying machines would be running until Monday. At that time, someone would return. It was a pleasant experience having this work done in our home. Respectfully, Caldwells

Jaime and Hector came today and saved the day. They worked non stop and were extremely helpful and pleasant. I can’t imagine having people here that could’ve ever worked harder or been nicer. This has been a really traumatic situation and I feel like I am in good hands with them because they care about what they do. The equipment is all set up safely to run throughout the weekend and they have cleaned up behind themselves so that I will actually be able to live in the space this weekend as well as possible. Thank you so much!
