If google would let me give zero stars I would. Here is my experience: A few months back I called about having them come to inspect some fire damage in my attic. I explained the situation that I had purchased the home a few years ago and there had been a fire a long time ago and I just wanted someone to come check it over and make sure it was all structurally sound etc. The woman said no problem she would have someone give me a call soon. I never heard another word from them. Fast forward a month or so and my new wife and I are selling her house and moving into mine (the one with the fire damage). We had some mold in my wifes basement and my wife coincidentally called this same company out to give us a quote on remediating that mold for the buyers. They apparently make more money off of mold remediation, because they showed up no problem and verbally estimated a ridiculously high “quote” of between 3 and 5 thousand dollars (we later found another company to do it for $1500). I immediately but respectfully told them not to bother measuring and preparing us a written quote because we were not interested in spending that much. They agreed and left within 10 mins of arriving. Before they left (without realizing i had already called this company a month ago) I mentioned the fire damage in my attic at the other house and they gave me their card and said they did fire remediation too and to give the office a call to schedule. I do so later that day and quickly realize this was the same company i had called a while back and never got a response from. The same lady at answering the phone apologized saying she didnt know why no one ever gave me a call to schedule and assured me someone would get a hold of me soon. A week later I still hadn’t heard a peep so I had my wife call them to check in. The same lady answers and apparently has my wife’s number on file. She asks didnt we come to your house a little while ago for mold remediation and you guys didn’t want to go through with a quote? My wife explains the situation says yes and that this is a totally separate issue at a totally separate house. The lady then puts her on hold and when she returns to the line she explains they are not interested in taking on this fire project because they are too backed up with other work. So after stringing me along and ignoring me for months they then decided we weren’t worth their time before even coming to look at the problem. I’ve never been so annoyed with a company in my life. Happy to spend 20 minutes writing this review so others know to save their breath and time before picking up the phone and calling them.
