I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I was never clearly informed of the total cost of the job before the work was completed. Most of the pricing discussions were handled directly with my insurance company, and I was left completely out of the process. After receiving the final bill, I discovered I had been charged thousands of dollars more than I expected. Although I paid the bill. I feel misled and taken advantage of. A trustworthy company should provide clear communication, transparent pricing, and written estimates directly to the customer before proceeding with expensive work. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this company DEMAND detailed written estimates upfront and stay involved in all conversations with the insurance company. My experience left me feeling cheated and extremely disappointed.

I’m thrilled with the work done by First Restoration. The crew was punctual, professional, clean, and the project started and ended when they said it would! The price for my remodel was very competitive, and there were no “surprises” along the way. Within 2 days of the project being completed, I received a call from the owner of the company asking if I needed anything else, and if I was satisfied. I appreciated the personal touch and desire to ensure I was satisfied with their work product. 5 stars!

Be very cautious!!!! If seems that if he finds himself not making any profit on your job, he may just take your money and walk. He still owes us money that we still trying to get back through legal assistance. We have a judgement but he still doesn't pay. Update!!! Keith...owner of First Restoration America....has reached out to me....immediately after his office relayed my poor review. He insisted that he wants to pay me back and was given my lawyers info to contact and remit payment. The lawyer never heard from him. Our lawyer has sent a letter to him. Still nothing. It has been three more weeks of broken promises from Restoration America. Be Very Cautious of this company!!!!!!!!!

Fortified with a sense of humor, First Restoration was able to come into my home during some really tough times. They not only helped me when I needed them most following Hurricane Matthew but were also reliable and honest about their work- completed in timely manner too! Plus they have this great attitude that makes you want them on every project from hereon out... I would highly recommend using these guys if anyone wants an excellent restoration service done right
