    First Onsite: A Nightmare Experience Our dealings with First Onsite were an absolute nightmare from start to finish. After a devastating house fire left us in need of a complete rebuild, we turned to them for help, but it turned out to be a colossal mistake. Horrible Communicators: Communication with this company was virtually non-existent. They ignored our calls and messages for weeks on end, leaving us in the dark about the progress of our project. It felt like we were constantly chasing after them for updates. Endless Delays and Excuses: Months passed without any significant work being completed. When they did bother to respond, it was always with a litany of excuses. They seemed more interested in avoiding accountability than in getting the job done. We ended up having to end our relationship with them mid-project which set ups back months in getting back into our home. Unjust Charges: To add insult to injury, First Onsite attempted to charge us for work that was never even performed. Their billing practices were dishonest and exploitative, taking advantage of our vulnerability in a time of crisis. Demanding More Money for Incomplete Work: Incredibly, at the end of this nightmare, they had the audacity to demand even more money for a job that they had hardly even started. They sent us multiple lien notices with incorrect work completion dates attached to them. Our experience with First Onsite was nothing short of a disaster, and we would strongly caution anyone against ever engaging their services. They proved themselves to be unprofessional, unreliable, and dishonest throughout our ordeal. Even 1 star is too many.

    First Onsite started drywall on a project last December, but left everything else unfinished. They tried to tell me they needed to replace my entire upstairs floorboards even though only a few boards we're damaged. Replacing my upstairs flooring would have resulted in a minimum cost of over 1,000 in excess parts alone. When I located the replacement model, the technician told me the model was out of stock and if he found it the tint would not match. While I was being ghosted by First Onsite, I found another contractor to replace my floorboards using the model I found and it was a perfect match. Months later First Onsite tries to bill me for repairing everything when all they did was drywall. I sent them documentation of the unfinished work and requested a corrected invoice. It took them two months to send an updated invoice and the new invoice still included costs for things that were not done. Though I was promised an updated invoice a copy months ago I still haven't seen one. In the meantime they have tried to issue a lien on my home twice. Both times I have had to contest the lien referencing the unresolved billing issues. My experience with this company has been incredibly disappointing and unnecessarily stressful. It is nearly the end of October and my billing issues are not resolved. I'm surprised they have 4 stars. Maybe they treat companies better than people. 11/5 update: this matter is now resolve. Updating review from one star to two stars.

    My company owns many apartment complexes throughout AZ. Unfortunately, we have had a lot of losses throughout the years. We have used a lot of different restoration companies in the past, but now all of our business goes straight to Interstate Restoration. Tom Glenn is the most honest and straight forward person I have ever dealt with in the industry. I highly recommend Interstate and Tom for any job, big or small.

    We used Interstate Restoration for a water damage restoration project. Interstate was the preferred vendor of our insurance company. In a day and age when most contractors could care less, Interstate demonstrated a commitment to clear, timely communication and high work standards. This was particularly so with Mark Serey, Project Director who bid the job and worked with me to accommodate the budget. We went through a couple revisions which was no problem for him. He handed the project off to John Lulaj, Project Manager to coordinate the different teams. John is very knowledgeable about details and procedures of construction. His experience generated confidence. The project involved dry wall, tile flooring, electrical and painting. I was highly satisfied and can recommend them for restoration or remodeling at a reasonable price.

    I worked for interstate for one day threw people ready ....staffing agency's. I had a great experiences with interstate. Great crew! Very kind company they look out for there employee with great respect.They r good in what they do!!!
