The very best of the best. We had a sewer line clog cause an overflow situation requiring a bunch of cleanup and restoration work. We were being jerked around by the contractor we had chosen, but my adjustor suggested this company and they stepped in to help us out with honest and detailed assessments and estimates. Aaron is trustworthy, friendly, down to earth, and reliable. They worked with me every step of the way and I'm always going to call them first for any work I need done in the future.

Aaron is wonderful! I had to deal with multiple situations including an insurance claim for water damage on my floors and he went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied with everything. He's truly a professional and knows what he's doing as well as his team. I fully recommend Aaron - he is a wealth of knowledge and has a great team and other contractors that can help with rebuild and painting too (as well as others). My upstairs toilet leaked over the weekend while I was out of town and the water leaked through the bathroom flooring and into the kitchen ceiling. I had no idea who to call but I took a leap of faith and contacted First Choice Water Damage. Aaron arrived 30 minute later. I was blown away with his professionalism and knowledge. He was able to diagnose what happened and walked me through step by step in getting our problem resolved. I’m extremely thankful for Aaron and his expertise. Aaron, the owner, is literally the epitome of his company’s name. Aaron was my “First Choice” when it came to damage in my home caused by an improperly installed toilet. I reached out to him after-hours and he was literally at my home within 45 minutes. He quickly identified the potential cause of the leak and began the process of drying out the saturated area and removing the mold. He truly is an “expert” and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone having issues with water damage. He took the stress out of a stressful situation and he truly cares about his customers which is a rarity these days!

Tropical Storm Ian flooded my basement and Aaron was there within 45 minutes of my call. Had the water out of there before there was any damage to the drywall and the carpets were dry before any long term damage was done. Highly recommend him and his crew. KJ Sanders
