We have several locations in the Boston area and it can be hard to find a vendor that can accommodate our needs. Since we are a Financial Institution, we have very high security standards and very few cleaning companies could meet both our cleaning and high security standards. Our organization has had some very unpleasant experiences with the larger national companies in the past, and it has been a breath of fresh air to have a local company like PCI that cares. PCI has great communication and is always quick to address any concerns that we may have. PCI was the best choice for us! We had an incredible experience with PCS Pro Services. Pacceli from PCS Pro Service came to look at the leak we had in the basement the same day we called for an estimate. He hoped the problem could be solved simply and had his crew come over that night to make these improvements at no charge. Unfortunately the problem was more complicated and we needed a French drain and water relocation. His crew came back the following day and the job took two days to complete. I was very impressed by the quick response and professionalism. I highly recommend PCS Pro Service.

Pacelli's team came on time and finished as promised and on budget. They took on extra work after at a reasonable cost and worked hard and with great care. Pacelli may be the most professional subcontactor I have ever worked with. That is after 25 years as a GC. He answers calls promptly, sticks to his quote no matter what happens and goes the extra mile to ensure everything is to the owners satisfaction. His attitude is always positive and hr is open to any suggestions without resentment. All together- a pleasure to work with.

The very best company and best price. The owner is super polite and does exactly what he says. He came tested for mole and gave us the best affordable solution. My roof was caved in above my bedroom due to a leak and subsequent water damage and mold was discovered in the ceilings. PCI Pro swiftly took care of the mold and furthermore they contracted and supervised a major renovation project to get my home in better condition than before.
