So much to say about Mario and EZ Dry Flood crew! I had an emergency mold issue in my home from a neighbor's water leak. Mario came right away and explained step by step how everything would be handled. He went above and beyond what he needed to do. He also went as far as speaking directly with the insurance adjuster to get the repairs done quickly. I 100% recommend EZ Dry Flood Crew for your home repairs.
We had a faulty air conditioning shut off and ended up having a leak come through our ceiling in an upstairs bedroom. Mario was super responsive and actually had guys there within the day starting to take care of the issue. It ended up being a fair amount of damage but Mario and his guys were able to get in quick and fix the problem and tear out all the old drywall and replaced it, repainted the whole room and got it looking good as new. He also was great about communicating directing with our insurance company to not only get the work done quick but also make the financials not a headache. Would 100% use them again!
Can't give enough praise to Mario and his attentiveness to my claim. No one's claim is likely straight forward but mine was like a bad rollercoaster ride that I couldn't get off. I hit so many obstacles and probably lost my cool once or twice, but Mario was calm and reassuring about the process and was the only person who explained what to expect and didn't give me the runaround. His crew was able to get into my place and remediate the water damage that occurred ASAP and I am confident that he could have had my place ready to go in probably 2 weeks flat if it weren't for the insurance company and HOA constantly stalling on payment. He was always willing to talk to whomever, whenever to help keep things on track. Thanks Mario.
