We used the ERX team when we had severe water damage to our first floor. My wife and I were both at work when a toilet valve broke and our first floor was 2-3 inches deep in water. The ERX team arrived within 2 hours of us reaching out and immediately helped in mitigating further damage. The customer service was excellent. Dewey, James, and Curtis were great in getting our house all dried out and thoroughly checking everything for damage. They were very communicative throughout the whole process. Would definitely recommend them for anyone in need!
I had a big water leak on my house ceiling from my new unit I’ve purchased from Brothers heating and cooling .they arrange with this company to come a fix it a repair my ceiling . They came yesterday morning Daniel and David and inspected the damage and were able to fix it within the same day they repair it , paint the whole ceiling on my loft and entire living room , replace a ceiling lamp that was also damage and I couldn’t be happier because it did look bad before they came and looks about the same when we got house . They are professional , polite and well equip to get the job done . Thanks so much for repairing the water and light damage . Alejandro Vanegas .
We had a plumbing issue that resulted in 9 holes in the ceiling. ERX sent out a contracted crew to patch the holes. A second few led by Daniel came out, took pictures of the work and told me it was not done correctly and that it would need to be redone before sanding and painting. He followed through and communicated with me before any changes were made. Before painting he took pictures of everything before moving furniture and decor, and placed everything exactly where it was. We were very impressed with Daniel's professionalism, and quality of work. I would definitely recommend this company based on this issue.
Wish I could say our experience was 5 star but it was not. ERX was recommended by our insurance but we should have looked further. They promised and made everything sounds great up front but the project was a nightmare. We had a fire. Needed a total rebuild. They poured concrete without a building permit and engineers report which caused failed inspections and having to tear up concrete and pieced back together and massively delayed progress. A lot of the workmanship was far less than mediocre. They had to come back repeatedly to fix things they broke while working such a labor pool plumbing, our water line to our house, the concrete they had poured, etc. Every thing is subcontracted. Erx does none of the work. Also our project manager, Lee quit half way through our project because he didn’t like me asking him questions and demanding answers. He quite literally stormed off the job blaming me for them being over budget because he messed up our concrete by pouring it with no permit or engineers report. Overall, it was a nightmare. I fear that the foundation of the building will just crumble at some point. They have received their money so they don’t care but if I can save anyone from the same mistake, avoid ERX and restoration companies. They prey on vulnerable people. Find your own trustworthy contractor and not predatory restoration companies charging a fortune to be terrible middle men between homeowners and subcontractors.
When we suffered water damage in the master bath due do a blown spa tub pump, we interviewed a number of contractors. ERX won our business with the thoroughness of their estimate and reasonable cost. Evan was our project manager and from our first encounter we were impressed with his knowledge, courtesy and commitment to do the job right. We communicated by text and he always was prompt with his responses. When the job was just about finished, Evan went above and beyond to find a transition piece that matched the new floor. I also give a shout out to Vincent, who did the actual work. He was very polite and respectful of our home.I highly recommend ERX and would not hesitate to hire them for future projects!
