Our toilet backed up downstairs had sewage all over. Emergency Restoration came out and took out water and sewage. Broke up the walls. They had to take out floors. The people who works there and at Dolphins Properties awesome. The house is like brand new. Kevin who was in charge was awesome. He is so knowledgeable. Kevin was spot on with everything. The Girls Kevin had pack up our stuff was Maria & Nicky were wonderful. Tyler & Heber were awesome. The girls in the office Vy, Monica, and Jessica were so helpful. I give that company 10+. The employees were fantastic. Lewis was awesome too.
Emergency Restoration/Dolphins Properties are extremely fortunate to have such great employees.

Very unprofessional and poor quality work.Sink shakes and unable to use garbage disposal. Left wall switch incomplete. Disappointing experience. They refused to provide documentation for the work.. File your complaints with The Nevada State Contractors Board.

This is our second experience using ERX (Dolphin Properties). We moved to Vegas three years ago into an older home. We didn’t know much about homeowners ins. beyond needing it. This changed last year when our water heater flooded our garage and laundry room. On a weekend, ERX was the company that came to our rescue.
First, they cared about us and our safety. The fact that both my daughter and I are immune compromised was highly considered. The work they did was fast but not rushed, making sure to do quality work, communicating with us, and our homeowners ins., every step of the way.
This year our garbage disposal and dishwasher started leaking under the kitchen sink. We called our homeowners ins. immediately and asked if we could use ERX again. They said, “We use them all the time, after the mitigation person looks, give us a call.” We did exactly that. It was so great to hear the same wonderful staff that walked us by the hand through a difficult home disaster and repair, ready and willing to help us again.
After calling them they were here within two hours looking things over and placing fans. They made sure to check that everything would be covered by our policy. Our stress turned to the peace of knowing we aren’t alone. I couldn’t recommend ERX more. As a homeowner problems are going to happen. This is the company I trusted my family, home and our health with. They were on top of every issue, and had wonderful communication.
Nicole in the office was professional, very helpful in getting through paperwork, was always available to help with questions, quick to reply to us when needed, and so much more. The on site crew consisted of several men, from the exceptional mitigation team to those who dealt with the drywall, reinstalling cabinets, painting, etc… Each of them always showed up when they said they would and made sure to text or call before arriving. They were very careful and considerate to our home and of us. All of them made sure to leave the spaces they worked in clean and looking beautiful and better than they found it.
This brings me to Kevin, the supervisor, he led a team that only works that well when they have a terrific, knowledgeable leader, full of individuals who know how to work together. His communication style includes the most professional attitude and gives the utmost respect when guiding his teams and speaking to his clients.
Overall through this entire situation, we should have needed to leave our home. At least for the weeks this was going to take to do the job, due to my family’s health concerns and lack of a kitchen. That wasn’t the case. Not once did we need to be concerned for our health while ERX was on the job. They understood our situation and always used health cautious supplies, wore masks, and distanced themselves from us. This team should be teaching other companies how to work together and care for customers.
A year ago I was quite naive about homeowner’s ins. and home disasters. However, I have had several jobs where I have dealt with contractors and repair companies. Many of those companies lacked the basics in customer to client skills. Many companies treat you like the debris they are removing, rude, no respect for the client or property, it was only about the paycheck. Communication didn’t exist for them till the bill came.
I can confidently say after this experience with ERX as a homeowner, “This has been the greatest and least stressful contractor company I have dealt with. They truly cared about us, our home and made sure it was a job done right.” If you ever find yourself in a home repair situation, ERX is the company we will recommend every time.

Unreasonably expensive for the small amount of work that needed to be done. They were 7 hours late picking up equipment and didn't take the broken hot water heater that needed to be replaced and left it up to us to take it to the garbage.

They were on top of everything including getting what we needed from the insurance company. Jeff and Maria were excellent and always followed up to ensure project completion.
