I would advise not using this company , I worked for the individual and first hand saw him lie about leak in foundation issue which caused the water damage , He instead told the home owner it was the Water heater, So this way the company could pocket a larger payout instead of being honest with the women, This company employees individuals who do not have drivers license, and hardly is competent as a Business owner, My first day The Hiring individual told me The Owner would Lie about pay, and other benefits which already made me feel uneasy what kind of company has that kind of response during hiring? then when i finally had enough of the lack of communication, (Owner would not know what materials were in warehouse and just say oh yea metal saw is there and the Sawzall only for it not to be. On top of all this when i aired my Grievances with the horrible commutation to dispatch as that person was also doing water damager work while being dispatch and told that person they cannot be a proper dispatch while out in the field working , as well as constructive criticism, They chose to fire me the next day when i called The owner he said he had no idea about to Asked to meet up to talk then flaked on me avoided me Blocked my number I returned all things i was giving (shirts and a binder) then was told i would get a pay check in the mail for over 23 hours of work for 22/hour only to find they blocked my numbers and never paid I still have a ongoing case with this company , The owner is Bluntly racist telling me how he goes to Poorer places in Colombia to find women He is a complete dirt bag and will smile in your face Im sure i wont ever get the 300 or so dollar i was owed This owner is a Snake oil sales man with no Integrity hardly can call him self a Man

I was about to put my house on the market and discovered a roof leak. I was going to use a different roofer but they flaked out on me and I reconnected with the Emergency Response Team. I knew nothing about them but they were everything I had hoped for and more. They were very knowledgeable about my problem, they were able to schedule me right away and they did a very professional job in repairing my leak. I was more than impressed with Will Gonzalez and his team which even had the owner of the business come out and look at the project when it was being done. I highly recommend the Emergency Response Team for any issues you might have around your home.

We called to check out a possible leak. They arrived ontime and utilizing a moisture detector determined there was no moisture present and thus no leak. If I did have a roofing problem in the future I would certainly consider them for the repair. Jim 05/10/2022

Emergency Response is a professional and reliable company. I called and spoke with Ray about the damage and mold in my home and he came right out to assess the damage. He put my mind at ease and had his techs out to my home the next day. Craig, the head tech, and his crew, Justin and Julian, were very friendly and worked within my hectic schedule. Tatianna, the office manager, made arrangements with the plumber to come to my home and diagnose the problem, again within MY schedule. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who has any damage in their home.
