Im a new homeowner and getting updates done on a 1959 home. One of my projections was getting new insulation put in. I contacted Elite after getting their coupons out of the Valpak mailing. I contacted thier office to set an appt.
Chris came out and explained their process also, going above and beyond by looking at my furnace. They gave me a good price on removing and replacing my insulation. Joe and Jeff cane out again explaining the process and allowing me to view the before and after work.
I would recommend Elite to others and use their services again.

You have been warned!!A Valpak coupon of $64 resulted in me paying $1700. They were a complete rip off, kind of running a ponzi scheme. They lied, forced us to spend money on repair and then left saying that we need a new system. It is unfortunate that companies like this are running.They should lose all their license. The manager Tony was the rudest guy I have ever encountered in the service industry. Thats still OK but the way these guys lied on the face was astonishing. One said that we will refill 5 gallons of freon so that resulted in the high price, other said your refrigerant was adequate so we did not refill. NEVER FELT CHEATED LIKE THIS EVER IN MY LIFE!!! THEY ARE THE BIGGEST THUGS OF DALLAS. I am confident that they might be able to make some money in the short run, but the company is not going to last long.
