My previous landlord has used their service before and I had no problems. When I called them directly for service, my experience was horrible.
I called and explained my reason for service to a young lady and scheduled an appointment for them to come out. The day of service I rearranged my day to be there on time. I realized I didn't get a confirmation call so I called to confirm. The older lady who answered the phone said that she didn't have me on the schedule. Yes. I was upset and proceeded to let her know the situation with my unit. She became very short and said the other lady mentioned it but hadn't gotten a hold of the landlord. So I proceeded to explain that I called for myself and was paying out of pocket and all of that was discussed so she couldn't have been mistaken about that. She was cutting me off until I had to say ma'am if you listen for a moment instead of cutting me off I'll explain.
At this point my attitude was on 7. When I finished she asked , "Do you want to reschedule?" (NO EMPATHY JUST EXCUSES)
My response: Nope your customer service sucks, I'll get somebody else to do it.

We used Elements Disaster Recovery after our house flooded during Hurricane Irma, and they were wonderful to work with! They were one of the first companies able to look at the damage and sent me back a quote promptly. We were able to customize the quote to our liking and get on the schedule immediately. The work was completely extremely well, and they treated our possessions/house with great care. They have competitive pricing, and I would highly recommend them for water damage remediation/mold removal!

Brian and Shelby at Elements Disaster Recovery are absolutely the best! My sister's home in Mexico Beach, FL was severely damaged by Hurricane Michael. We were lucky it was still standing, but had major water, mud, mildew, and mold issues. We met Brian and immediately hired him to do work -- in our absence. So we had to trust him, in a very difficult situation. Our trust was totally rewarded. He showed up right when he promised he would and did an excellent job (which we thought and had confirmed by our contractor) for a reasonable price. He mitigated the damage and cleaned furniture we thought we'd have to throw away. When you have a disaster, you really need someone to be there for you. How fortunate we were to find Brian at Elements.

Last used Elements in 2016 and once again Brian & Shelby with the Elements team was nothing short of outstanding. Insurance company declined claim so I called Brian who did his own assessment of what was needed, conducted the remediation, was able to get a new mold assessment with results in 24 hours (more expensive for 24 hour results but I needed a quick turn around), their remediation resulted in the required “Clean Certificate!” This Honest, professional, family oriented, and fair to name a few attributes! Strongly recommend!

Company was very prompt in fixing tarp after it was damaged in second storm. Shelby, in the office, is very polite and professional. I didnt meet the workers, but they did a good job.
