Your company, Edge Restoration, was recommended by an acquaintance as being easy to work with as well as being efficient. When I called, a gentleman named Jared Buchanan came out to help with seeing what the problem was. He was able to see that water had backed up into the cabinets. They quickly removed the cabinets needed for the plumber to get to. He recommended a plumber who was able to find the blockage causing the problem and repair it. Once repaired, the Edge Restoration employees quickly appeared to help with evaluating and pointed out all the damage. Calvin made contact with me and explained the process in layman’s terms so that I could understand all that was involved. He answered all my questions and kept me informed as to what would be the next step. Cole and Logan came to get everything started. Since fans and dehumidifiers were being used, they carefully covered and tented off the wet wood. Someone daily checked on everything. Today, Logan Moser came and assisted me with filing our claim with the insurance company. Any time I had a question I called and my question or concern was addressed. I couldn’t be more pleased with their help and will highly recommend Edge Restoration as a reliable company to work with.

Unfortunately we discovered that a pipe had burst in our toilet and had caused water damage in our bathroom walls, tiles and into our closet. Edge Restoration was called out by our plumber and got to our house within a couple of hours. They started the repairs right away and helped me with the claim to our home owners insurance. They have also contacted and contracted with a packing company and repair service so that we don’t have to do anything. It has been so easy and the people very helpful.
