Our family has owned for many years a cabin in a very remote area of Grand County. One year ago we experienced a frozen and broken pipe and contacted ECOS Environmental & Disaster Restoration Inc., which has offices in Aurora and Glenwood Springs, perhaps among others. In spite of the lengthy distance from their offices, ECOS responded immediately with an evaluation, submission to insurance of an estimate and upon approval, the expedient clean-up and renovation of our cabin. Unfortunately our cabin subsequently burned down in the East Troublesome Fire and we reached out again to ECOS to provide additional services, which, in spite of difficult conditions and weather, they again did immediately. I have absolutely no hesitation in enthusiastically recommending ECOS for any project.

ECOS was AMAZING! I called in a panic as our basement had flooded and they had someone out right away. The ECOS team was helpful, professional, kind and kept us in the loop of next steps. Per our experience, we 100% recommend ECOS. They also honored my fiancé by honoring us with a military discount for his service. If you are in need of some basement flooding/other help from good people call ECOS.

I would like to say what a great job Liam and Chris did yesterday, when they cleaned up my basement after The City sewer backed up. They were very professional, thorough and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer my questions and explain the clean up process. They worked very hard all day without taking any breaks and they made sure that everything was cleaned and put back in place, to my satisfaction. The basement looked great, except for part of the carpet that had to be cut out and the odor was gone. Liam had other properties that he was checking also, but I felt he gave me 100% of his attention. They even went above and beyond at the end of the day. My dog got out of the yard and they stayed to help me look for him. I can’t say enough how pleased I was with their service. I would be proud to have them on my team. Margaret Chavez

I had smoke damage in my home from something that caught fire in my kitchen. They sent Tyson out to assess the damage and give me a free estimate. He was here quickly very courteous and immediately suggested the least expensive approach that he thought would solve the problem. He came back to install air scrubbers. When is schedule made it difficult for him to pick them up as agreed both heat in the office called me to try and arrange a mutually acceptable new appointment. We work that out. I would definitely recommend these folks. I am a real estate broker in they are going on my referral list
