Found a leak what do I do ? I had the home Warrenty company called. The Plummer came ( sage Plumming ). They recommended EcoDry. They came in with a 3 person crew and project managers for days. They ripped up tile, carpet , drywall until they found the source and took pictures of everything. They measured the moisture % with some meter to determine if it will be replaced. They wrote it o a report and gave to my insurance. Here is where my problems began.
Allstate could not determine if it was a “ one time” event or if this was a slow leak over time. Which they will not cover. But if it’s a single even that caused it they will cover. Long story short Iam living with my bathroom torn apart and I have to pick out a shower ans toilet. A new floor wil also be part of the equation as well as new carpet in my upstairs bed room. Water can travel very fast and does significant damages This has been the hard part. After 30 days the insurance co came to determine they would cover the leak and pay for the damages caused by a malfunctioning piece in the shower. This was all determined by the Plummer initially. But the insurance company treated this claim like I was in cahoots with the restoration company. In short. Currently still in the process of replacing the products that taken out by ecodry to determine the damage.
EconDry was in my home a total of two full days. They were courteous, respectful of my things and I would absolutely use them if I had to.

Consumers beware, I signed a document called "Approval Of Service And General Waiver Of Liability"for a company called EcoDry. The waiver is regarding the removal of the kitchen counter top and cabinets but the EcoDry employees were suppose to remove the kitchen countertops and cabinets "with care' because these weren't water damaged but failed to do so. Which left the counter tops/cabinets damaged needlessly. As far as I am concerned EcoDry is responsible for the damages to my counter tops and cabinets regardless of paperwork because their work was sloppy and more damage was created due to their lack of care. I, as a consumer, didn't know or wasn't aware there are companies out there not doing right by the customer like me. If I can give the a zero on the review I would because their work is now Costing me money I don't have. The only way to fix this is if EcoDry covers the cost of repairs/replacement of damaged countertops and cabinets.

Willie came the same day we called. He completed his assessment and immediately scheduled the water clean up. Both Nick and Keith, who performed the water clean up, mold mitigation, and dry out were timely, courteous, and ensured the house was sealed off from any of their clean up. They even laid plastic on the stairs to ensure no dirt was tracked into the house. What a wonderful group of people! We were very impressed.

I had water emanating from a faulty seal on the water tank of my toilet. After having the toilet repaired, the plumber recommended EcoDry Restoration to inspect and advise me on any issues that may exist. I was anxiously awaiting the arrival of the professional (to feel assured I did not have an issue such as mold, wood rot or water damage. Within a half an hour I got a call from the EcoDry service technician, Geno, who was on his way to my house. I was immediately impressed with his professionalism. He has a very amicable person Valatie and immediately went to the area of concern and evaluate it in detail for me. Every aspect of the work he did was explained to me as he performed the function. I do not write reviews often but I feel that Gino deserves to be recognized for his abilities and courtesy during his inspection and follow up. I would certainly, and without hesitation, recommend EcoDry Restoration with either a small or large job. It’s evident their employees are clearly well trained and know their business.

I found a leak in my garage from the bathroom above it. I contacted Eco Dry at around 4 pm and Geno from Eco Dry showed up at my house within the hour. He thoroughly explained everything. He also helped me get the insurance claim started and made the process smooth and easy. The next day, Tanner and Alberto from Eco Dry arrived at my house in the morning and worked all day to locate the leak, which wasn't easy due to the way my house was built, do mold mitigation, and start the process of drying everything out. They also had to rip out a bathtub to expose the source of the leak. They also came back again the next day to finish everything and to make sure that everything was properly drying out. I wasn't watching them, so I'm
sure they did a lot more than what I've mentioned here. These guys work very hard..I mean like 12 hours straight for two days in a row hard to get everything done. They were very friendly, respectful, and transparent about everything. I'm so thankful for thier services.
