ECO CLEAN did a wonderful job of repairing my water damage after my 2nd floor bathroom had a leak that led all the way to ground level of my first floor. MARCELO Him and his crew did a great job of inspecting and then removing any damaged materials from the home. He also dried the affected area quickly so that mold could not grow. A very likable guy who tried his best to be as helpful as possible during the process. ANDRE & MATHEUS They made a great duo and helped problem solve when faced with some awkward repairs such as the crown molding which was previously handcrafted and not purchasable in store. They also installed an access panel and brand new floors that look great. My home looks better than it did before the repairs. LYDIO Was great with any questions I had and quick to provide me with flooring options. He also helped answer any questions I had about the process and was patient when insurance was providing funds slower than expected. CINDY Killer receptionist, quick to answer questions, extremely nice and polite, and could probably make a living creating ASMR videos. 10/10 Customer service! Only complaints I would have is this was my first time experiencing water damage or having to make an insurance claim and I didn’t really know how to process was gonna go and I think it was just second nature for Eco Clean to expect me to understand what the process was going to look like as far as repair schedule. So in the beginning there were lots of uncertainty in the beginning and it made me have to ask a lot of questions, but Eco Clean did a fantastic job. I would choose them again anytime

I had a severe problem at my home when a broken water pipe flooded my bathroom and adjoining office. This resulted in the discovery of mold in my walls! Eco Clean worked with my insurance company to completely remediate and rebuild my bathroom and the office floor and walls. They did a very professional job and were a pleasure to work with! I would highly recommend Eco Clean Hawaii!

I have had a great experience working with Andre and Alex. They have been excellent communicators, especially helping me manage this from a distance. They are thorough, patient, polite, detailed, experienced and a delight to work with. I have been beyond impressed with the communication, photos, etc. as they check in almost every day with updates and next steps. This communication is greatly appreciated. They have also been helpful in helping me know how to navigate these steps with insurance, etc. they have bee in patiently happy to answer ALL my questions without any attitude or rush, despite the fact that I know they are very busy. I would HIGHLY recommend them with confidence!!

I am a Retired- Educator within the Public School System of Hawai'i-DOE (Department of Education) since 1975 on Lāna'i...1976-1980 on Moloka'i as a cohort with the Kamehameha Schools...1980-1986 in Hāna on Maui and 19 years at James Campbell High School in 'Ewa Beach....1987-2006. I live in an apartment that ECO Clean Hawai'i has worked on. They are very efficient workers at doing their job. I wish I had before and after pictures with me now to show the excellent work they have done. They are also Business-Friendly and Worker-Friendly. The individuals are willing to "talk story" with me to make sure our goals and criterias are the same. I recently experienced a major house flood and called ECO Clean Hawaii for help. Despite being both after hours and a holiday, the team arrived quickly and immediately set about clearing the water and setting out equipment to begin drying the floors and walls. Seeing my distress, they were compassionate and patient, answering my many questions and explaining what needed to be done. Their knowledge and expertise, coupled with professionalism and friendliness, put me at ease and confident that the work would be done correctly and with a high level of quality. I am extremely pleased with the work ECO Clean provided - in addition to the water mitigation and restoration, they also replaced my flooring and kitchen renovation! Throughout the entire process, they were responsive, customer-focused, and diligent in ensuring that my needs were met and the work done in an efficient, fair and quality manner.
