A few weeks ago, our garage caught fire. Standing outside watching it happen is something I won't forget. Once the smoke cleared and we filed our insurance claim, we called Eagle Restoration, and that one phone call changed everything. Michael showed up the same day. Within days, his team had handled the demo, the cleanup, and a full deep clean of the inside of our home. They worked hard, communicated every step of the way, and treated our house with the kind of care you can't fake. What stuck with me most was something our insurance adjuster told us early on: "I trust Eagle Restoration with my life." At the time it sounded like a strong statement. Now I know exactly what she meant. Michael and the entire team turned one of the worst days of our lives into something we could move forward from. We can't thank them enough.

I had a tree fall on my home in December. My insurance agent gave me a list of folks to call. Ordinarily I wouldn't put a lot of stock in those lists, but I've never filed a house claim, and I wanted things done easily, so Eagle it was. Paul was super helpful when I called, and got Nick and Dylan out the next day to inspect and figure things out. Nick was even able to help me find a contractor to fix the house, and get them out while he was still at the house, which moved things along quickly. Nick was in contact frequently to get things moving, reachable by text, which was great as I'm a day sleeper, and arranged for a Blue box to be brought to the house for the storage of our contents. He was also quick and efficient with the asbestos test, to help us with the abatement process. Dylan and Trenton were the folks packing up our living room, pantry, and hall, and they were top notch. Friendly, professional, and fast, I appreciated their help. And they were careful with everything! My wife and I had set aside a space in our house for food (the pantry had to be packed up) and for breakables, and anything they thought would need extra care, they set aside for us to pack, and we appreciated they had an eye for that detail. All in all, very happy with their help and the services of Eagle Restoration.

We were surprised by a large water leak under our kitchen floor, which led to a major reorganization and emptying out of half the kitchen. Nick with Eagle was an enormous source of solid advice and understanding support. He and his crew stepped in and smoothly, efficiently took care of the mitigation process in a relatively short time. I am afraid I don’t remember the names of the crew, but they were so pleasant to have around and did excellent work. We are so grateful! Thank you Eagle Restoration.

I went with eagle restoration originally after seeing all the 5 star reviews and a quick response time. I unfortunately am paying for things out of pocket and while reviewing the estimates and invoices sent I’ve been over charge. I was originally told I was charged for three service days when in actuality it was only two. I was charged for an estimate when their website says it offers free estimates. I would frankly never use this company again or recommend them to anyone else in the area. I would recommend summit restoration.

Fast response, clean and polite. They are well informed of many insurance policies and what would be covered. They took lots of pictures for our insurance since they knew what they would be looking for. Once we found asbestos the containment went right up. Quick work.
