Our home suffered from an AC condensate line overflow at the attic which caused severe water damage in 3rd-floor bathroom, 2nd floor kitchen and 1sr floor bedroom. Matt and his crew worked hard for almost 2 weeks and resolved our problem. They are honest people. Karen at the office has been very considerate and responsive, too. We are satisfied with their service and we highly recommend them.

Matthew was very responsive, called to let us know when he was an hour out, and was on time.
He explained the process before he began, told me what he was doing and why, and went above and beyond in the delivery of the service. The price was the same as they quoted on the phone, and I did not feel like they were looking for additional reasons to charge me.

DryMore is such a great company. I arrived back from vacation to a home with water damage that all started from a crack toilet tank upstairs. This was my first time experience this so I didn’t even know were to start. I called my father first and explain to him and he immediately told me to call a company that deals with like water/fire damage ASAP. I googled a few companies, and I saw all the good reviews about DryMore. I decided to give them a call and I’m so, so glad I did! Stephanie explain the process to me over the phone and within one in half hour a crew was at my home. Nick was great he showed me what they would do and what would take place for the next 3 days. Nick went as far to talk to the insurance inspector because the inspector wanted DryMore to remove their equipment saying “his reader was showing everything was dry”. Nick informed him that our moister reading is not showing that and they would not be removing the equipment until it was completely dry. Karen had to reach out to the insurance adjuster on my behalf as well as they wanted more information about my floors being damaged. Dealing with the insurance has been pure HELL, but I must say DryMore has been an Angel! I want to thank each and everyone of you for all your help and compassion. I hope damages like this NEVER HAPPENS AGAIN! However, if so I know who to call DryMore 😊

We discovered we had a leak in our kitchen less than 24 hours before we were due to board a plane for a 5-day vacation. Matt was kind and courteous enough to arrive an hour before we needed to leave for the airport so that he could begin to diagnose the issue and immediately begin mitigating the damage. He helped us begin the process which eventually led to an insurance claim and by his recommendation we also found a plumber to accurately diagnose the main cause. Then, Matt and his colleagues wrapped all of our belongings in the kitchen cupboards with care and moved them to the garage so that they could tear out the back wall’s drywall and set up air blowers while we moved ourselves and our pets into a hotel due to mold. We also took his advice and found a mold remediation company that properly diagnosed the type and level of mold present. Finally, when Jimmy took over, he helped us find a secondary issue which was an improperly graded backyard. That explained why every time it rained they found increased moisture measurements along our baseboards. Jimmy helped expedite the drying which resulted from that secondary issue and he and Matt coordinated throughout the whole period communicating effectively with our plumber, the mold remediation folks, our landscapers, our kitchen reconstruction contractor, and our insurance company. We could not have gotten through this complicated ordeal without the help of DryMore. By far, among of all these companies we had to deal with throughout the 2 month-long process, DryMore’s folks were by far the most responsive, accommodating, professional, courteous, and kind. We are so glad the Google reviews for this company were so right. Thank y’all from the bottom of our hearts.

DryMore did a fantastic job in drying out my house after water came in due to Tropical Storm Imelda. Not only did they come the day of the storm to start the clean up/Dry out, they came prepared and ready to work. Nick and his team were great to work with, he answered all of my questions and made sure everything was ripped out that needed to be. The whole team was fantastic!! From Charity in the office, to Nick, to all the guys that helped, I couldn't have asked for better service. I will absolutely recommend DryMore to anyone I know in need water mitigation.
