Dry metrics has exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond. Not only did they have a clean work environment, extremely courteous, explained the process of everything thoroughly, and they were very knowledgeable. Thank you so much for bringing my basement back that was being overrun by mold.
I was very impressed with the outcome of my services. Recently I found our home was suffering from years of mold buildup, while also having a flooded basement. The staff was so considerate of our situation. They provided a clean work station, and excellent service. Not to forget arriving no more than 35 minutes after our initial conversation. Great job.
I couldn't believe how thorough they were. Every bit of water and mold damage behind the walls was handled. They were polite and explained everything to me that was needed and how they would do it. They cleaned up any mess and I swear it was cleaner then before I had the issue. And the price was reasonable!
Staff and services were amazing the staff is professional and nice as ever they got right to the job and did everything perfect how its supposed to be other people should take notes from this business and their professionalism they are extremely knowledgeable with their work and how they perform it the workspace was clean and organized as it could be they explained the whole process to me in an amazing way I would definitely recommend and use again they did their work perfectly!
Great service. The crew showed up 10min early and were ready to work. They were knowledgeable, informative and concerned about my issues. This is not normal but one of their employees, a young man by the name of Ty was extremely courteous and went above and beyond what was required of him and really took care of my personal belongings. I will always recommend this company because of their amazing staff, affordable upfront pricing and commitment to quality.
