I called with an issue and they had someone at my house within a couple of hours. The guys from DRYmedic kept me updated via phone & text on when they would be at my house and what was required to be done. They were very professional and very easy to deal with. Would definitely use them again but not hoping for any more water damage.

From the moment the crew arrived through the end of the cleanup, they were professional, polite, and communicated extremely well along the way. I will not hesitate to use DRYmedic again should the need ever arise. They are top-notch!
