We noticed some cracks and water pipe to the washer bending on the south wall of our basement. Called Dry Basement, who had installed a flood system around 2008 and who had also installed an egress window in 2022.
They came out quickly and were able to measure the "tilting in" of our wall. We were over an inch but under two inches between the bottom of the wall and the top. It was slowly tilting in due to our lovely clay soil drying out and expanding. Dry Basement has a new system called Wall Bracing. You can use it if the change in wall tilt is less than 2 inches. If over 2 inches, then our backyard has to be dug out to fix the wall. And the new system is 80% less than the "dig out the backyard" option.
We cleared everything away from the wall. Did some electrical work to move some wiring. They were done with their job in less than 8 hours. Very careful with our carpet and cleaning up the mess.
Been a customer of Dry Basement since moving to KC area and buying a home here. Highly recommended.

Curtis came out for our warranty transfer and was incredibly helpful. He was able to measure and provide some preventive maintenance information that I wouldn’t have known that could save me thousands. Very knowledgeable, friendly and trustworthy.

Had some issues of water coming in with these heavy rains recently. Called Dustin and he came the next day. Did an inspection and gave me some great advice and walked my wife and I through every scenario. Very through and he took some measurements and gave us a quote a couple of days later. He made the whole process very smooth and out my mind at ease. Wonderful company and easy to work with would highly recommend.

This is the second time we’ve used Dry Basement for two different homes. Chris K was our contact for the initial bid both times and he’s very nice and helpful and upfront about what has to be done versus what can be done but isn’t absolutely necessary. This time around DePaul was our foreman, also very friendly and nice and took care to not leave a huge mess. They were a day later than they told us and took a half day longer than they’d expected but were communicative about the issues and gave us a couple hundred dollar discount because of it. All in all we would call them again next time, but hope we don’t need to!

The estimator was professional and very thorough. He gave us a few options to fix the settlement problems that we have been having over the last few months. I would definatley recommend Dry Basement Foundation Repair, if you value an honest opinion/remedy.
