DKI was WONDERFUL! They came in after we experienced a pipe burst in our shower which was recently remodeled by Morgan Exteriors. DKI went to bat for us submitting pictures and communicated with Morgan's Jacksonville manager on our behalf. Which was very helpful. The crew (Oscar) was professional, very responsive and did quality work with the clean up, removal of the wet flooring and dry up. They explained the process as they went through the various stages of clean up. We also appreciated their interaction with our 20 year old autistic son, they were all very kind to him and allowed him to help by carrying out some of the old flooring to their dumpster out on ourdriveway. This was a very big deal to our son being he loves to help. So not only does DKI do quality work they have great people working for them! We couldn't be happier with their performance and are VERY appreciative! We highly recommend their services
Mike Guerra is a wonderful person. He is very knowledgeable of his craft. He helped me understand what was happening to my carpet and how it was going to get fixed. He is very punctual and respectful. And he keeps his word when he gives you the time frames. I have nothing negative to say about this guy. I’m just happy I was able to do business with him. Very appreciative of dreyers dki. I called for a mold inspection and was able to get a technician out next morning. Robert provided great service- he was kind and knowledgeable and was able to identify the source and a solution.
When I reached out to them about a condensate line backing up into the house, they came out within hours and pulled back the carpet and put fans and dehumidifiers. They stopped by every day to see the progress. Once everything was dried out, they removed their equipment. I appreciated how proactive and responsive they were.
Brandon was professional, skilled and efficient, even at 1am on his first visit to help me in a situation I was way over my head on. Would definitely recommend to anyone in a pinch with water damage mitigation!
