Fast, reliable, friendly, and hardworking! I had the unwanted but pleasure of dealing with Doozer Construction after a flooded basement. The flooding started at 7pm on a Saturday and they were there within the hour. On top of all the fans and dehumidifiers they brought a back up sump pump to help keep our floors dry. They checked in daily and rolled out the "paper" carpet when they were working on the floors to keep things clean. I have a child and dog and they were extremely careful with their restoration process (ex. blocking off the area with plastic walls). They took charge in dealing with the insurance company via phone and in person when they came to estimate the damage. They also called and prepped the flooring company before we arrived to shop. Overall a great experience that I hope we don't have to deal with again ;)

This company wasted months of my time and no work was done. The owner Brian guaranteed a high level of professionalism and workmanship when we first spoke. I got an estimate and paid a deposit, and waited weeks to get a start date for the work. The answer to each attempt at communication was, "I'll call you next week," and each time I had to contact them to get what I needed. The foreman came over to look at the work a few weeks before the start date and told me that the scope of work was excessive and wouldn't need to be completed as the original estimate outlined. When I brought this up with the owner, he opted to give me my deposit back rather than give me answers. Very shady business. Later, the owner asked to have a phone call to "clear the air." When I obliged, he took responsibility for the miscommunication with the foreman, but refused to explain why there was a discrepancy between the foreman's evaluation of work needed to be done at the scope of work Brian gave me. He made no true effort to make things right. He wasted months of my time, and ended our phone call by tell me I was unreasonable. I wouldn't trust these people!

Doozer construction has far exceeded my expectations time and time again. I have been using their services for years and am always thrilled with the outcome and their continued willingness to go above and beyond to ensure the best result. Their response time is fast and I highly recommend their services should you ever have damage to your home or business.

We used doozer constructure twice. First in 2013 to add a third story and roof deck to our row home. Then again in 2015 to renovate our first floor and kitchen. Both experiences were phenomenal. They are professional and easy to work with. We recently sold our home, a very bitter sweet moment as we loved the final product, but we got a GREAT return on our investment with doozer. Highly recommended.

Before I tell a short story, I'd first like to say that Doozer Construction put my heart and mind at ease. Life had been hellish for five straight weeks. My sewage pipe (the trap actually) had collapsed and you guessed it, sewage was backing up into my basement. I bought a pump and a couple of hoses, and did my very best to pump it all out (into my backyard everyday/all day, yeah I know….just nasty, but I didn’t have a choice), but things went wrong almost every two/three days and I’d again have sewage in the basement. I have a tri-plex, so it’s three times the waste instead of just one family :-( Just nasty to deal with. Mike at Doozer came out to review the job. He spent some time going over everything in detail, and the next day Brian called to give me the estimate. I had other companies come out to give estimates as well, but I decided to go with Doozer. Long story short, once the repair to the trap was made, then the basement needed to be cleaned. Mike did a fabulous job!!! You can’t even tell that there was an issue. I wanted to dance! With a sigh of relief, I finally felt normal. If you’re interested in working with a professional company, one that actually will do what they say, go with Doozer!!!!!
