I had a waste water pipe break in the ceiling of our finished basement the day after Thanksgiving. My plumber called Done Right and they were here within a couple hours. I couldn't be more pleased with all the work they did tearing out the water soaked ceiling and carpeting. They stayed late until everything was cleaned out, they hauled away the mess and they were very professional. Needless to say, I was pretty upset with the mess and all the damage and they were very reassuring and kind. I wouldn't hesitate calling them again if anything like this should ever happen again.

These guys are awesome. We had a flood on Jan 1 (well discovered) at 1pm and had to fly back from CA to MN that night. By the time I landed back in MN about 18 hours, John and his team at done right had worked till 10pm on New Years Day, got in there, got the water out, removed floors, drywall, had dryers going and got things done. On top of that I was seriously nervous about random people in my house, but his team was completely professional the entire time. Also, John called me every day to keep me up to date on what his plans were and how things were progressing..which can’t be said for everyone. Those guys where top notch. I would hope I don’t have to, but they are my first call next time I ever have anything like this again. Stop googling other flood restoration companies and just call John and Done Right

Jon and Zach arrived at my home last Tuesday, same day service, at 6pm and did not leave until the bulk of the work was done, approximately 4 hours later! They were honest, professional and let me know the steps of their process as it moved along. They returned next day to set up fans and communicated when they would return to wrap up the job. Thanks for your speedy response, guys. It is much appreciated.

Our dishwasher malfunctioned overnight spilling a huge amount of water onto our kitchen hardwood floors and subsequently through the plaster ceiling of our laundry room below. We were awoken from emergency alarms going off at 3:30 am, and after a frantic phone call to Done Right they were on site before 5:00 am helping us deal with the situation. To make things worse, we were leaving on vacation that night. We worked with them to develop an approach while we were gone to isolate the areas impacted and monitor it over that week. They removed all equipment prior to us arriving home one week later. If it wasn't for their fast action and comprehensive approach the damage would have been FAR worse than it was. We were able to salvage the floors and cabinets with only minor repair needed. They were very courtesy and professional through the entire ordeal which was greatly appreciated given the immense stress of the situation. They are a great company for dealing with this type of emergency.

Being that this company had great reviews I decided to give them a call and immediately regretted it. This was the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. I was left in tears after being hung up on. I would give 0 stars if I could. I recently moved into a townhouse that developed water damage from an ice dam just a couple days after signing the lease, I am 34 weeks pregnant and the damage is in my daughters room. I was rushed off of the phone and hung up on before I could even explain my situation. I didnt even get a chance to get the guys name before he hung up on me. He did not care to hear my situation at all, and after calling company after company just to be treated the way I was is completely unacceptable and uncalled for. I would not recommend this company solely based on the rude and downright inconsiderate man I just had to deal with.
