We had an emergency situation on Sunday where our sewer pipe got clogged and flooded our entire den area with sewer water. We called the company and within an hour we had a plumber out here who fixed the issue. And then soon after Eric and Brian came out and assessed the damage. Eric was amazing, he was thorough, very kind and answered all my questions. They removed carpet, disposed of rugs for us, set up equipment to dry the area, set up an air scrubber and sanitized the entire area. We could not be more thankful they could come out on such short notice to help us with this nightmare situation, especially because it was already 5pm when this happened. And again I could not say more great things about Eric and Brian! They calmed my nerves about everything and even sprayed other areas we walked through to give me peace of mind about the bacteria. They were both so professional, very knowledgeable and the best part was how caring they were about us and our home. They went above and beyond and I couldn’t thank them enough! Best choice we made was calling Doan Restoration!

This company is the real deal! They know their stuff and do an amazing job. They make you feel at ease during stressful situations. My parents roof caved in due to a pipe busting a few weeks ago and my parents were very stressed out but Kevin and his team came out and explained the whole process to us and made sure we understood what needed to be done to fix the damage. They were very knowledgeable and caring. They came out very quickly to get the job done and we are so appreciative. Whenever we need anything like this again, I will be sure to contact Doan Restoration and ask for Kevin and his team!
