Distinctive Cleaning did an excellent job at cleaning our carpet before we moved into our new house. Before the cleaning there were noticeable dark areas in the cream colored carpet, and now you cannot even tell that they were there. Audrey did an amazing job at communicating with me every step of the way which is very important to me. Alan arrived on-time and I am very happy with the results. Overall this was an excellent, stress-free experience which I feel like can be rare these days. I recently had my carpets cleaned by Alan and I was super impressed. Alan and Audrey are professional, reliable, and great at what they do. This is the second time I have used Distinctive Cleaning and they are hands down the best carpet cleaning company you will find in Fort Wayne. They take extreme care to protect your home, are courteous, reliable and VERY knowledgeable. Alan has cleaned my furniture, carpet and wool rugs with superior results. I especially appreciate his strong work ethic and professionalism. Audrey returns my calls promptly and went out of her way to work with my schedule. I know I will be using Distinctive Cleaning in the future and highly recommend them for anyone in this area.

We thought the tile in our new house was dark brown…then Alan showed us his skills. Wow! It was actually much better than we could have imagined. And our carpets turned out great. Alan and Audrey provide exceptional service and we have not been disappointed. Highly recommend them!!

We have had the best experience with Distinctive Cleaning! Alan has worked magic on my upholstery that had stains on it, old stains in carpet, pet stains, you name it.
Audrey is great at getting back to me immediately, and even if they are busy, they work hard to fit me in.
I will continue to use Distinctive Cleaning for any of my carpet or upholstery cleaning needs, and will refer to any of my friends as well.
They are also very professional and kind/enjoyable to talk to.
